We booked a last minute holiday to Dubai staying in the new Marsa Al Arab. All I can say is WOW. The whole experience was incredible. We were met from the plane and whisked through the airport to meet Ibrahim in what looked like a brand new Range Rover. He assisted with the hotel check in and his English was excellent. He stayed with us for the entire trip and was available whenever we needed him whether it was taking us to dinner or out on our desert experience. Our guide Rashid who accompanied us in Abu Dhabi was also great giving us information from his personal perspective. 5 stars and unforgettable.
