This is an individually commissioned programme, not a fixed sightseeing package. We begin with your interests, preferred pace and party requirements, then develop suitable accommodation and an achievable route with the appropriate specialist providers.
Accommodation can range from exceptional hotels to suitable private residences, depending on your party and preferred services. We coordinate airport reception through appropriate providers, licensed chauffeur operators and knowledgeable local guides. Multi-day schedules can balance appointments, family time and cultural discovery without filling every hour.
Specialist museum and gallery guides, heritage experiences where available, theatre, concerts and private dining rooms can form part of the stay. Shopping appointments are arranged with the relevant retailers. We do not imply membership of private clubs or privileged access to royal properties, institutions or individuals.
Families may need different programmes for different ages, larger vehicles and connected accommodation. Aviation or helicopter connections are explored where feasible. Discreet personal-security requirements can be referred to appropriately licensed specialist providers; Apsley does not directly employ close-protection officers.
