$1,500 per person, per trek. Permits are limited and must be secured well in advance — we book yours as part of your itinerary.
Reasonably fit. Treks can take from 1 to 6 hours at altitude, on muddy and steep terrain. Porters are available and highly recommended.
Rwanda offers shorter transfers, more luxurious lodges and a more refined experience; Uganda's permits are cheaper ($800) and treks can be longer. We advise based on your priorities.
