Morocco's best months are March–May and September–November. Marrakech sits at 22–28°C, the Atlas Mountains are crisp and walkable, and the Sahara is warm by day but not punishing. Summer (June–August) is brutal in the south — 45°C+ in Marrakech and Merzouga — but excellent on the Atlantic coast (Essaouira, Oualidia). Winter is wonderful in Marrakech (15–20°C) and snowy in the Atlas.
March–May and September–November are ideal — warm days, cool evenings, perfect for Marrakech, the Atlas, the desert and the coast. Avoid July–August in the south (45°C+) and the Sahara.
